    Hello, my name is Andrew Rose, and here’s my elevator speech: I’m a journeyman graphic designer with creative director credentials.

    I’ve burnished my design and creative leadership skills working in advertising agencies, led a corporate advertising/marketing department, and for the better part of 20 years provided contract creative services to an impressively diverse client list — some of the largest companies in the world and undoubtedly some of the smallest. I work solo, on-site and off on just about any sized marketing communications project. And I have the resources, if scope dictates, to convene a right-sized work group to tackle just about any project.

    Procter & Gamble: Sebastian Professional

    Sebastian Professional is an established brand that had seen its relevance and market share decrease over a 10 year period: focus groups revealed that most customers were aware only of one product in their vast line. An intensive brand re-invigoration was undertaken, and I was hired through a small agency to help create a year-long marketing initiative to speak to stylists who shop at BSG stores (notably Sally Beauty and CosmoProf). Andrew created three campaigns: one introducing the new branding, one the vast product offering, and one that expounds the new brand feel by conveying the message that ‘on-set’ professional stylists use these products.
